Job summary

Snowbird Operations LLC is seeking a Banquet Operations Set Up Crew member to assist with event setup and teardown at Snowbird. You will work with a team under a lead, set up chairs, tables, and linens according to banquet orders, and maintain cleanliness and organization across event spaces.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Proven ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and be self‑motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team, managed by a lead, each shift to complete a task list of projects necessary for success of upcoming banquets.
• Set up and tear down for all events (moving and setting chairs, tables, linens) in accordance with the banquet event order.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization across events, back of house hallways, and storage spaces to ensure that all areas are conducive to productivity and presentable.
• Maintain all equipment (i.e. fixing vacuums, tables, chairs).
• Complete all tasks within Snowbird’s health and safety guidelines.
