Country Club of Lansing is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive, professional service at weddings, private events, and club functions. You will work with Events and Food & Beverage teams to ensure flawless setup, timely service, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reviewing event details, setting up banquet spaces, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean service areas, and assisting with room breakdown after events.

Responsabilidades

• Review event details, menus, timelines, and special guest requests before each function.
• Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, beverage stations, and event décor.
• Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately using proper banquet-service techniques.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests.
• Monitor tables throughout events and remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas.
• Assist with buffet service, plated meals, receptions, coffee service, and bar support as assigned.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol-service, and Club policies.
• Communicate guest concerns or special requests promptly to the Banquet Captain or Events Manager.
• Assist with room breakdown, cleaning, and resetting after each event.
