Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Serving experience in food service preferred, especially volume banquet service.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of banquet event setup including linens, place settings, tables, and buffet arrangements; teardown and cleanup.
• Provide professional service by setting up and serving food/beverages, replenishing utensils and beverages, and clearing courses per BEO.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown beverage stations and food stations; report client/guest issues to supervisors; perform closing duties for future events.
