Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a friendly banquet server to join our events team in Texas. You will assist with event setup, greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Responsibilities include breaking down after events, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with kitchen and management to deliver seamless service. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in service style.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and decorations per BEOs.
• Greet guests and serve food and beverages with proper portion control.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and beverage offerings to answer guest questions.
• Clear tables, assist with breakdown, and reset rooms after events.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and Hilton brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen, planning, and management for seamless events.
• Attend team meetings and training as needed.
