Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required; banquet or event service experience preferred.
• Certifications: Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and spaces per event orders and standards.
• Serve food and beverages using plated, buffet, or passed service.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and manage requests.
• Clear and reset tables; breakdown banquet spaces after events.
• Communicate with banquet captain, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Follow safety, sanitation and company policies throughout events.
