Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during events, ensuring every interaction reflects our service standards. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for members and guests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, required certifications, and prior food and beverage or banquet event experience, with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards, providing exceptional service throughout all events.
• Execute F&B orders, ensuring attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, including special event features and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly, making them feel welcomed and valued.
• Address any member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques.
