Job summary

The Banquet Server role at Invited Clubs delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during private events, upholding Invited’s service standards and the three-step approach: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and prior banquet or event service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required by state/city regulations.
• Experience in banquet or event service preferred.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service at events and banquets.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and speed.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet guests warmly and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and event preparation.
