Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Basic English for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room and serve food/beverages per Banquet Captain.
• Attend stand up meetings before events.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve the food/beverages per standards for consistency.
• Bus dishes promptly after each course.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet rooms for the next function.
• Perform side work and stock supplies.
• Follow health standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to policies.
• Assist other banquet personnel as needed.
