Job summary

Savara Hospitality is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to support catered functions, private celebrations, conferences, and hotel events. This role combines attentive banquet service with as needed bar service to ensure smooth, memorable experiences for guests.

The ideal candidate brings a warm, professional presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work in dynamic event settings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift and move equipment for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down banquet and bar areas per event specs.
• Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service during events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per procedures and laws.
• Interact with guests to ensure a memorable event experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and event teams for seamless service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and equipment.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
