Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably at banquets or high-volume events.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service at banquet bars and event spaces.
• Set up banquet bars according to BEOs and ensure stock and cleanliness.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with banquet team, culinary staff, and leadership.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown and handle cash/tickets as required.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout events.
