Qualifications

• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service at banquet bars and event spaces.
• Set up banquet bar areas per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and stocked during events.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Verify IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Collaborate with banquet team, culinary staff, and leadership for smooth service.
• Handle cash, tickets, or billing as required by event specs.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown; support banquet operations as needed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
