Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending in banquet, event, or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes, portioning standards, and guidelines.
• Set up banquet bar areas according to BEOs and ensure proper equipment placement.
• Maintain bar areas with stock, cleanliness, and organization throughout events.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service per laws and company policies.
• Handle cash, tickets, or billing as required by event specifications.
