Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site Technician in Green Bay, WI to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction by meeting clients on site, monitoring events, and confirming equipment functionality throughout the day.

The role requires strong customer service, basic AV knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required for possible vehicle operation, with training/certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers through proactive service.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works properly and needs are met.
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
• Interact with clients to finalize invoices and complete required paperwork.
