Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an AV Technician to install, operate, and strike small-scale audiovisual systems in hospitality settings. You will meet on-site with guests, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain positive client relations while following hotel processes and company procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and some AV exposure; a valid driver's license is required. Training and certifications may be required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred per job posting.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Assist clients with invoices and orders; complete order entries in Navigator as needed.
