Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an experienced AV Event Lead to develop and deliver onsite activations, overseeing audio-visual, lighting, power and rigging for large-scale events.

You will coordinate with Event Marketing, manage AV staff and inventory, and pursue innovative tech to stay ahead in the industry. A Rigging certification is preferred and 3–5 years of applicable experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of AV operations management experience for large events
• Experience in Events/Marketing management with lifestyle brands and tour experience
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, inventory software, and 3D design tools
• Rigging certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onsite activations including AV, lighting, power, and rigging for events
• Coordinate AV needs with Event Marketing Management and manage equipment health and inventory
• Oversee AV staff, training, and safety compliance; manage asset inventory
• Engage vendors, participate in budget and RFP processes to ensure competitive pricing
• Collaborate with stakeholders on activation plans and content for events
