Monster Energy in Lebanon, TN is seeking a skilled AV events manager to lead onsite activations across audio, video, lighting, and rigging. You will work with Event Marketing to ensure seamless AV delivery for all scheduled events.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of large-scale AV and events experience, with proficiency in Windows, Office, inventory software, and 3D design tools. You’ll manage asset inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver cutting-edge brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing audio-visual operations for large-scale events.
• 3–5 years of experience in Events Marketing or Marketing Management with Lifestyle Brands and Tour experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Inventory Software (Lasso/Flex) and 3D Design Software (Vectorworks/Auto CAD/Sketchup).
• Rigging certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver onsite activations including AV, lighting, power and rigging.
• Coordinate AV needs with Event Marketing and manage equipment health and inventory.
• Manage AV asset inventory and assist with engineering drawings and safety stamps.
• Develop workflows for pre-produced content, live/hybrid AV production, and new tech trends.
• Partner with AV vendors, support budget and RFP processes for competitive pricing.
• Assist with tradeshow design and AV ordering and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

A Day in the Life:

Responsible for developing and delivering onsite activations, including but not limited to the Audio, Video,Lighting, Power and Rigging aspects of all scheduled events. Works directly with Event MarketingManagement to coordinate event activation audio, visual (AV) needs and manage equipment health andinventory.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Ensure funds are spent in the most effective manner to grow the business, train, coach and manageAV technicians.
• Ensure equipment stays current with industry standards and pursue new innovative technology.Manage and maintain A/V asset inventory. Assist managing engineering drawings and safety stampsfor all events equipment. Aid in repairs to electronics.
• Ability to develop and execute a wide range of workflows including pre-produced contentproduction, live and hybrid event audit visual (A/V) production, and identifying new capabilities andindustry trends.
• Support cultivating and managing relationships with AV vendors. Participate in the budget processand the vendor bid process (RFP’s) to ensure competitive pricing on all AV technology andequipment.
• Assist Event Management with tradeshow design and AV ordering.
• Work with Internal Stakeholders to plan, communicate and collaborate on AV/technical activationplans and content.
• Keep abreast and report on AV/technical products, innovation, market conditions, competitiveadvantages and trends.
• Develop value-added relationships with brand partners, vendors, promoters and internal/externalstakeholders.
• Responsible for department graphics assets, installation and inventory.
• Oversee onsite event operations of A/V technical staff and equipment.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Audio Engineering, Event Management,Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Between 3-5 years of experience in managing audio-visual operations for large-scale events
• Between 3-5 years of experience in Events Management or Marketing Management with LifestyleBrands and Tour experience
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), InventorySoftware Programs (Lasso/Flex) and 3D Design Software (Vectorworks/Auto CAD/Sketchup)
• Certified in Rigging preferred

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$67,980 - $90,640 USD
