Core Duties of an Event Assistant

• Meet with customers face-to-face to promote client products and services.
• Educate potential customers on offerings, eligibility, and promotional deals.
• Drive sales through interactive demos and consultative selling.
• Set up and break down event booths to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with other Event Assistants and sales teams to optimize event strategies.
• Stay informed on products, services, promotions and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
• Meet weekly sales goals set for the Event Assistants and contribute to overall team success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
