What You'll Do

As an Event Assistant, you'll help bring promotional events and marketing campaigns to life while creating positive experiences for customers and event attendees.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the setup and execution of promotional events.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Greeting attendees, answering questions, and providing information about featured products, services, or campaigns.
• Representing client brands in a friendly and professional manner.
• Helping maintain organized, engaging, and welcoming event spaces.
• Working with team members to achieve event goals and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Developing customer engagement, communication, and promotional marketing skills.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve future marketing activities.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience.
