Position Overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Events Assistant to help support our promotional campaigns and sales-focused events. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of daily pop‑up activations, connect directly with attendees, and serve as a brand ambassador across a range of busy and high‑profile locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the setup, dismantling, and overall coordination of promotional event sites.
  • Welcome visitors, answer questions, and share information about products and services.

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure event readiness.
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and inviting event presence.
  • Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and provide reports to supervisors.

  • Address on‑site challenges proactively to keep events running smoothly.
  • Contribute to post‑event evaluations and administrative follow‑up tasks.
