You will manage concept development, speaker coordination, budgeting, and on-site logistics to deliver high-impact experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal leads, external vendors, and corporate communications to ensure events meet brand standards and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Event Associate concepts with 3+ years of related experience in events or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Business Banking event programs from concept to venue coordination.
• Collaborate with Event Leads to prepare business cases aligned to priorities and budgets.
• Partner with vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality event experiences.
• Develop content by researching speakers and drafting remarks with PR teams.
• Oversee attendee management, including registration and on-site logistics.
• Track results and report KPIs and program goals to stakeholders.
• Provide regular executive planning updates and milestone reports.
• Stay updated on events trends to elevate program quality.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in programming and topics.
