Wow Mktg is seeking an Event Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute events of all sizes from concept to post-event closeout. You will be responsible for assigned events, including activations, galas, conferences, and openings, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, budget oversight, vendor relationships, and leadership of coordinators.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Mastery of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of advertising, marketing, public relations, business, or economics.
• Solid computer skills and basic AI literacy.
• Excellent organization skills and reliable work habits.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact with assigned clients and coordinate strategy meetings.
• Attend client meetings and venue walkthroughs; lead planning and execution.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets.
• Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown with a focus on timelines.
• Track expenditures to keep each event within budget.
• Collaborate with admin coordinators or junior managers as needed.
• Engage in broad networking opportunities and promote WOW events.
