We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event and Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and overall success of our special events and programs. This role is responsible for managing the full event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring that each event enhances brand visibility, increases engagement, and delivers an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event management, marketing and hospitality in the Spa and Salon industry and possesses excellent organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

The role is remote but may require in-person travel to office, oversee on-site events and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events (in-person/virtual) within the beauty and wellness industry
• Develop and manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align events with revenue goals
• Design and implement multi-channel event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships that enhance event offerings and business impact
• Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee on-site event operations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee experience
• Track and analyze event performance, optimizing strategies for future success
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and CRM event records
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong professional relationships
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in event management (spa and salon industry preferred but not required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events with strong organizational skills
• Experience in event marketing, audience growth, and sponsorship development
• Proficiency in event, project management, and CRM software
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking event metrics and optimizing strategies
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel for on-site event management
