As a member of our Product Support Operations and Strategy team, the Operations Program Manager, AI will be responsible for leading multiple strategic programs that deliver value and align with Product Support objectives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business operations on high-impact technical and business problems requiring strong program management, technical familiarity, and stellar communication skills.

We have ambitious plans for leveraging AI and are looking for an Operations Program Manager with experience implementing AI solutions in Product Support and coordinating technical and operational execution across teams.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

1. Drive complex AI programs from initiation to implementation, including detailed project plans, roadmaps, and operational readiness plans for launching initiatives in collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
2. Handle project documentation and ensure there is always a source of truth accessible. Prepare reports, updates, presentations, and keep leadership and collaborators informed on project progress, decisions, and concerns.
3. Proactively anticipate risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies in a fast-paced environment.
4. Lead effective communication between team members by translating technical and non-technical requirements into business actions.
5. Drive collaboration and ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, developing working models, transforming project inputs into impactful results, and balancing business needs with technical constraints.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of program management experience in a Product Support environment.
• Experience leading AI projects in partnership with product management, engineering, or tooling/systems teams.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, balancing scrappy approaches with structured program management.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, capable of simplifying complex topics for different audiences and facilitating decision-making.
• Experience managing competing priorities and defining processes to foster collaboration within and across teams.

While not required, it's a plus if you also have:

• Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.
• Programming skills (Python, C++) and/or data analytics languages (SQL, R).
• Change Management certification (PROSCI) or Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
