Job description

JOB TITLE: Events Program Manager
LOCATION: 100% remote
DURATION: 3 month contract
PAY RANGE:$91 - $101/hr

TOP 3 SKILLS:
  • 6 years of experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Experience working with Marketers and Product teams
  • Must have events experience



COMPANY:
Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-national technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources
  • Influence and understand marketing creative plans, as it specifically relates to in product experiences, for our family of brands
  • Proactively identify important problems for marketing and/or advertising creative plans
  • Take a broad perspective to problems and identify creative solutions
  • Effectively lobby and win support for in product marketing experiences, creative innovation and new initiatives
  • Plan resource needs, and coordinate resources across multiple projects
  • Create strong partnerships with Marketers and Product teams including Product Design and Product Management
  • Foster trusted relationships with creative and production partners
  • Understand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with Insights/Analytics, Research, and Media leads
  • Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various marketing efforts
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
  • Coordinate resources across multiple projects

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Experience working with Marketers and Product teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment, partnering with media, research/planning and analytics disciplines
  • Experience managing marketing and/or product projects, including the creative development and alignment with strategy
  • Experience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation
  • Experience in setting priorities, problem-solving and multitasking
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as lead point of contact for agencies for in product marketing work
  • Expert communication skills

Must Have:
  • Events experience
  • Program Management/account services experience
  • 5+ years of related exp.

Nice to have:
  • production is a plus
