This part-time position directly reports to the Director of Event and Conference Center, and requires an individual who can multi-task and whose diverse duties range from administrative support to event planning, conference services, facilities use, scheduling and related assistance.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills serving both internal and external contacts. Ability to prioritize and effectively handle a multitude of concurrent tasks and duties. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Regular attendance is a requirement of this job. Performs all duties while considering the impact of any actions on the college's sustainability initiatives in the areas of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic prosperity.
