The Kraft Group at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA is seeking an Event Ambassador to enhance the fan experience by greeting guests and informing them about facilities and event operations during Patriots games and other events.

This entry-level, part-time role requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and willingness to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium schedule. You will support staff with setup and promotions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• This is an entry level role; no prior experience is required.
• Part-time schedule; availability for all Patriots home games and events is required.
• Must be able to work outdoors year-round.

Mansioni

• Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile.
• Provide customer service by educating guests on facilities and event operations.
• Provide guests with utmost care and attention to ensure a first-rate guest experience.
• Assist with the execution of event promotions, including distribution of premium items.
• Support event staff by assisting with event setup, teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations.
• Perform special projects as business dictates.
