The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Cashier at our Winchester, VA location. This part-time role focuses on delivering fast and friendly customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting with stocking and merchandising tasks.

Team members may work nights, weekends, and early mornings, with a base pay range of $12.77 to $15.00 per hour and potential overtime in accordance with local laws. Benefits and discounts are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain store backup and planograms.
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs, and SOP compliance.
