Responsibilities

• Act as a constant, go-to presence for volunteers throughout each shift.
• Delegate tasks to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Open and close the building (lights, music, coffee).
• Oversee and support shift leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Host volunteers to provide a friendly, meaningful experience.
• Assist in training new volunteers on procedures, safety, and expectations.
• Sort donations and perform quality control at the donation door.
