Zusammenfassung

Porchlight Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement & Operations Coordinator to oversee our volunteer program, in-kind donations, community partnerships, and internal communications.

The role also handles technology and telecommunications support, website updates, and newsletters. The position will focus on building relationships with community organizations to offer onsite services for Men’s Shelter guests, coordinating volunteer schedules, and maintaining accurate records for reporting and

Qualifikationen

Two years of experience in volunteer coordination or nonprofit programs.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

Serve as the primary contact for volunteers contacting Porchlight.
Coordinate volunteer orientation and placement.
Maintain volunteer records for reporting and audits.
Coordinate in-kind donations receipt, distribution, and records.
Identify and develop community partnerships for onsite services.
Maintain and update Porchlight's website information and communications.
Provide basic IT/telecommunications support for staff.
Support events and organizational projects as needed.
