The role supports pre-admission assessments, intake calls, and paperwork under clinical supervision, coordinating with RN/LPC/LMSW and the interdisciplinary team. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with weekend and evening hours listed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in software applications.

Responsibilities

• Responds to intake calls and completes admission paperwork.
• Facilitates groups, family and individual sessions and documents accordingly.
• Schedules unit assessments, meetings and appointments.
• Utilizes assessment tools under supervision of RN, LPC or LMSW.
• Communicates with referral sources including family, legal system, physicians and treatment facilities.
• Reviews admitted patient accounts for eligibility and authorization daily.
• Maintains filing and court paperwork schedule and coordinates with court personnel.
• Participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Addresses issues in a timely manner including crisis and higher level of care referrals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
