Responsibilities include scheduling, group/individual sessions, and communication with referral sources. The position requires 3–5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Responds to intake calls and completes admission paperwork.
• Facilitates groups, family and individual sessions; completes documentation.
• Schedules unit assessments, meetings and appointments.
• Uses assessment tools under supervision.
• Communicates with referral sources including family, legal system, doctors.
• Reviews new admissions for eligibility and authorization daily.
• Maintains schedule for filing court paperwork and hearings.
• Participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Addresses issues including crisis and higher level of care referrals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
