Job summary

The Lodge at Red Rocks Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care is seeking a Nights & Weekend Receptionist who brings warmth, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others. You will be the first point of contact during evenings and weekends, greeting residents, families, staff and visitors with a calm, helpful presence.

Reporting to the Business Office Manager, you will manage front desk operations, answer multi-line calls, and support other administrative tasks to maintain a welcoming,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred (healthcare or SNF experience a plus).
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a healthcare setting is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members, visitors, and staff professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line system.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for visitors and vendors.
• Provide information regarding facility services and procedures.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and packages; assist with scheduling facility tours.
• Support clerical tasks including filing, copying, and data entry.
• Keep front lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Uphold HIPAA and resident privacy standards.
• Assist during emergencies by coordinating communication and traffic; perform other tasks as assigned.
