The Lodge at Red Rocks Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care is seeking a Nights & Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact during evenings and weekends. You will greet residents, families, staff, and visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide essential administrative support to ensure a warm, organized environment.

This role emphasizes clear communication, HIPAA compliance, and a calm, courteous presence within a caring SNF team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred (healthcare or SNF a plus).
• HIPAA familiarity beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for visitors and vendors.
• Provide information regarding facility services and procedures.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments or tours as needed.
• Support with clerical tasks including filing, copying, and data entry.
• Keep lobby and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Uphold HIPAA and resident privacy standards.
• Assist during emergency procedures by maintaining communication and directing traffic.
