Job summary

YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area in Oshkosh, WI seeks a dynamic Facility Supervisor to greet members, supervise spaces, and uphold safety standards in the evenings and on weekends. You’ll set up activity spaces, lead on-site during shifts, and share information about programs, with CPR/First Aid training required within 60 days.

Must be 18+, enthused, and customer-focused. Enjoy a free YMCA membership and a supportive team, with opportunities to engage the community and help events run

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention Training and CPR/First Aid/AED within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and build relationships.
• Supervise facilities and uphold safety standards.
• Lead on-site during evenings and weekends.
• Set up program areas and equipment.
• Give facility tours and answer questions.
