Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Petaluma, CA, seeks a dedicated Caregiver to deliver compassionate, high‑quality ADL support to residents in a structured, hospitality‑driven environment.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, prioritize dignity and safety, and collaborate with a caring team to provide engaging programs and personalized care plans. Part‑time shifts are available with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with meals and activities.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and maintain dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Support wellness programming and engage residents in social activities.
• Complete housekeeping, laundry, and equipment safety tasks as needed.
