Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Modesto, CA is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily routines while upholding dignity and safety.

You’ll work Friday–Monday 2:00 pm–10:00 pm with competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and training opportunities to grow your skills in a welcoming hospitality‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, and privacy.
• Read and validate shift reports and ISP for each resident at shift start.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the shift.
• Assist residents in ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to residents’ behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policy.
