St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Postpartum Manager RN for Evening shifts to lead the maternity unit with focus on safety, quality, and patient experience.

The manager will oversee daily operations, staffing, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires BSN, RN licensure in Texas, neonatal resuscitation certification within 90 days, and supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BSN required.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare.
• 1+ year in supervisory role.
• Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice and/or holds an active compact license.
