Mercy seeks an Advanced Patient Service Specialist to mentor peers, lead daily huddles, and drive improvements in patient service workflows.

You will collaborate with pre-certification teams to ensure alignment with payer requirements and the latest technologies, while maintaining exceptional patient communication.

This part-time role runs 28 hours per week in the evenings (3 PM–11:30 PM) with alternating weekends and holidays, based in Sunset Hills, Missouri.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computers, typing, and MS Office with strong customer service and communication skills.
