Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Santa Rosa is seeking a Medication Technician for full-time evenings and overnights. You will supervise and assist in administering medications to residents, coordinate with pharmacy and physician, and maintain accurate medication records.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, as you support elderly residents and collaborate with staff. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year RCFE medication assistance preferred, MS Office

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with residents and families.
• Willingness to pass background checks and health screenings; adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
