Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician Senior Living to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents in a senior living community. This full-time role supports residents with personal care, activities, and collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance.

The position requires medication assistance experience (RCFE preferred), strong customer service, and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with medications in a care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; state training/certification may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents as ordered.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
