Qualifications

• Must have experience assisting with medication administration.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
