Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician for evening shifts (Sat & Sun, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM) in California. You will supervise and assist in medication administration, provide direct resident care, and encourage participation in activities.

Requires experience in RCFE settings or state training/certification, 18+, HS diploma; LVN a plus. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, meals, 401(k) with match, and strong recognition programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
