Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician for our Fountaingrove Lodge in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves supervising and assisting with resident medications, providing direct personal care, and encouraging resident participation in activities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (LVN a plus) and the ability to use MS Office tools. The position offers a supportive environment with a focus on resident well-being and teamwork within a five-star service culture.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Must be able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills and a caring approach to residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
