CROSSROADS PROGRAMS is seeking a Youth Support Worker to provide direct care and supervision for adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting in Lumberton, NJ. The role involves supporting youth through daily activities and behavioral health challenges.

The position offers a 3PM-11PM Sunday-Thursday schedule with paid training and opportunities for professional growth, including SCM certification within one week of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology with one year of direct care experience or
• High school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents ages 14–21 in a therapeutic residential setting.
• Maintain a safe, supervised, structured environment and assist with daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
