This role focuses on creating a safe, structured environment where youth can build skills, confidence, and personal goals. The position offers full-time hours across all shifts with comprehensive paid training, opportunities for career growth, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Provide direct care and supervision to adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting.
• Maintain safety and structure within the residential environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and support their development.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and support for up to five residents.
• Maintain a safe, supervised, and structured residential environment.
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents.
• Support youth through daily challenges with patience and understanding.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support positive behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate resident records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide consistent therapeutic care.
