The Link Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Youth Specialist for our Crystal, MN Emergency Shelter (Dignity House). You will supervise and support minors, respond to crises, conduct intakes, and help coordinate services to keep youth safe and supported around the clock.

We value youth-centered, strengths-based approaches and require BMV checks, a valid license, and reliable vehicle for the role. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with evening hours from 3 PM to 11 PM.

• Knowledge of advocacy for girls and women's rights, gender-based violence, and exploitation of minors.

Responsabilités

• Supervise youth and the shelter to ensure safety and security 24/7.
• Enforce shelter policies consistently and fairly.
• Conduct intake with youth entering shelter and assist with case coordination.
• Maintain professional boundaries and nurture positive relationships with youth.
