Job summary

Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Part-Time Youth Care Worker for the second shift (Tue, Wed, Thu) in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include supervising residents, maintaining safety, and enforcing program rules in a residential setting.

Training is required prior to start and a 2-week onboarding period will occur. Must be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license to transport residents as needed.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of residents in the residential program.
• Provide positive role modeling and fair discipline.
• Maintain security and safety at all times.
• Keep complete and accurate resident records.
• Administer appropriate medications as required.
• Transport residents and assist with daily activities.
• Screen admissions/referrals for program fit.
