Job summary

Hillcrest Youth Services invites applications for a Full-Time Youth Worker on the 2nd shift in Evansville, IN, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Friday through Tuesday. You will supervise residents in our residential program and help maintain safety and records. A 2-week training program is required, with the first week mostly daytime.

Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and have a valid driver's license. Background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance eligibility.
• Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and ensure safety.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
• Administer appropriate medication as needed.
• Screen admissions/referrals for Hillcrest's programming.
• Provide positive role model and constructive discipline.
