Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Part-Time Youth Worker for first shift (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Evansville, IN. The role focuses on supervising residents in a 24/7 residential program, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related Human Services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of residents in a residential program.
• Maintain security and safety of facility and residents.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
• Provide fair and constructive discipline to residents.
• Administer appropriate medications.
• Screen admissions/referrals for program fit.
