Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a social services, education, behavioral health, or similar setting.
• Or an Associate’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field with 2 years of experience in a social services, education, behavioral health, or similar setting.
• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with youth and young adults, those experiencing homelessness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and trauma-informed residential environment for YYAs.
• Assist in daily living activities and promote life skills development.
• Lead structured groups focused on coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services; support with de-escalation and safety.
• Collaborate with case managers and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
